What this research cycle covers
The September review includes a public-source pricing audit and practical decision guides, alongside federal terminology and guidance, affordability, HSA and premium-tax-credit implications, selected state actions, carrier availability, provider launches, adoption data and employer research. Sources were selected for direct relevance, identifiable provenance and the ability to check dates and definitions.
The library also retains older sources used elsewhere on the site. A September release date does not mean every older provider profile was re-reviewed in September; check each source date below.
Coverage limits and open questions
- No complete 50-state legislative or county-by-county 2027 carrier inventory.
- No verified national ICHRA census or standardized provider market shares.
- No original employer survey or independently measured cross-provider outcomes.
- Current Marketplace paid-enrollment totals were not extracted from the CMS data catalog.
- Undated company notices carry the date checked, not an invented release date.
