ICHRA provider reviews

What each ICHRA company does well—and what to ask before you buy.

We reviewed six prominent ICHRA platforms using the questions an employer or broker would bring into a real evaluation: who the product fits, how implementation works, what employees experience, what pricing is visible, and where the public story is still incomplete.

Start with the type of company you are trying to serve.

There is no universal best ICHRA platform. The better question is whether a provider’s operating model fits the employer’s size, geography, internal team, employee population, and need for hands-on support.

What we look for

A useful review should read like a buyer’s field notes.

Features matter, but they are only one part of the decision. We also look at who will lead implementation, how employees get help choosing coverage, how premiums and payroll changes are handled, what the platform costs, and what happens when something breaks.
